RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Almirah Collective, every piece is handpicked and verified before it reaches you. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is significantly different from what was described
  • The item arrives damaged or defective

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Sizing issues — please check size details carefully before purchasing
  • Items that have been worn or washed

Exchange: We currently do not offer exchanges. Each piece is one of a kind.

How to raise a return: DM us on Instagram @almirah_collective or WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Reason for return

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrectly described
